Daisy is a 2 year old Dachshund described by her foster mum as a little timid when she first meets you but is desperate to trust. Once she knows you she is very friendly, playful and cuddly.
She is interested in cats so probably would be best living with other dogs rather than cats or small animals.
As she can be a little timid she would suit an adult home, or a home with older children who are understanding of a dogs need for space.
Daisy plays with toys and once she knows another dog will play with them too.
Daisy walks well on a harness.
Daisy sleeps downstairs at night with no issue.
House training is a work in progress so needs patient owners to work on this with her.
Daisy is very smart and food driven so training is always fun.
Daisy needs a knowledgeable Dachshund home or a home that’s researched the breed. A home with or without other dogs. A home that will take her on adventures.
