Quacky is a 9-year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is being fostered in RCT, South Wales. He is an affectionate gentle boy who is eager to please, but who is lacking in confidence.
People – Quacky is very happy around people and is happy to have fuss and attention.
Dogs – Quacky was nervous for the first 48 hours in his foster home. He would rush up to the other dogs barking right in their faces when they moved, but once he knew he was safe this passed and he enjoyed being part of the pack.
Cats – Not cat tested.
In the home – Quacky is not keen on being left at home and will bark. He is housetrained. He does love a snuggle on the sofa if you help him up and down. Quacky is a ‘velcro’ dog and does love to be at his human’s side wherever possible.
Out and about – He will pull slightly and bark when leaving the house. He loves to being out and about. He will bark at the sight of other dogs.
Type of home Quacky needs someone around a lot of the day and/ or able to put time in getting him used to being left. He loves to be involved in what you’re doing, love human company and physical contact. He thrives on routine and knowing what’s coming next.
Please remember, if you have a dog and it is not neutered, it is against our policies to re-home a dog with you.
Quacky is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet him in his foster home in South Wales
