Kate is a Chihuahua aged 8/9 years old and being fostered in RCT, South Wales. She is a shy little girl who is seeking love and a quiet retirement home.

People – Kate is shy and is scared of sudden movements. She wants a quiet life so no children please. She loves adults once she knows and trusts them.

Dogs –  Kate is used to living with other dogs for company so would love to share her new home with another small dog of a similar age.

Cats – Not cat tested

In the home –  Kate is housetrained and is happy in the house. She would need a garden to potter around in and a spot to sit in the sun. She sleeps quietly at night and will snooze the day away on the sofa next to her favourite human.

Out and about –  Kate does need some encouragement to go out for a walk. She won’t need a lot of exercise but regular short outings would be great for her once she has gained confidence. She travels well in the car and is fine at the vets.

Type of home – Kate is looking for a quiet adult-only home where she can spend her retirement. She would love a garden to potter around in and a spot on the sofa. She can be left for a couple of hours but would prefer her humans to be home for most of the day. No children please.

Kate is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in RCT, South Wales.
