Muggles is a lovely 3 year old Dachshund cross described by his foster family as a cute but noisy little boy. Like all sausages he has a loud bark for a dog so small. Apart from his noisy tendencies he’s delightful.
At home he’s happy being cuddled or playing with his toys. He loves a tennis ball more than anything.
On a walk he can pull at first but settles after a while.
He’s good with people and other dogs he meets when out and about.
Muggles is very playful and will play for hours up the garden with a tennis ball but when he’s tired he enjoys cuddles with his humans too.
Not good with cats or small furries.
There are no children in his foster home but he has been good meeting them when out and about. We would recommend dog savvy children. .
He currently sleeps on his foster mums bed but will also sleep in a crate in the bedroom.
Muggles if fully house trained and dry all night.
He is a greedy little boy so you have to watch him with his food. He will take treats out of your hands when he’s with our dogs and can be very gentle. He would benefit from a slow feeder in his forever home.
Muggles would like a family with older children who will take him on adventures. A family who will play and spend time with him. He could be homed with or without another dog.
