Leo is a very special 15 month old American Bully who is looking for very special pawrents who will love and adore him. He is described by his foster mum as an absolutely gorgeous little man full of love with so much joy for life. He has a cheeky little character and is super smart. He truly lives for now and is a very happy little soul

Leo was involved in an incident when he was younger which cause him to sustain injuries to his front legs and the head trauma, he received has made him almost blind. He has had specialist vet treatment from one of the best vets in the country and although now wonky he doesn’t know any different and just wants to be happy, safe and loved.

Leo adores people and is excited to meet everyone. He doesn’t jump up but greets with his whole-body wagging and great excitement. He loves being touched and fussed.

Leo has seen children and has been very good with them but we would recommend older children as he is a little uncoordinated with his blindness and wonkiness and could knock over small children by accident.

Leo is good well socialised and good with other dogs; however he is still young, bouncy and excitable and still needs some training. He is sociable with the other dogs but also quite independent and happy to take himself off to dream of his next adventure.

There can be no other small animals in the home (cats, chickens, rabbits etc)

Leo is crate trained and finds this to be his safe space. Leo also enjoys destroying his toys, but only his toys he’s not destructive to anything else in his home. He loves his toys but is happy to play and share he is not aggressive over them at all.

He is fully house trained & can be left for a few hours He absolutely loves his food and eats well.

Leo is a bouncy boy and is partially blind so this means walks with him tend not to be in a straight line, but he is nicely behaved and enjoys going for a few short walks a day. He doesn’t like to travel, whining, pacing and panting a lot to begin with but will settle. He is fantastic with the Vets, as sadly he has spent most of his young life in them.

Leo needs a special home with special people where he can be loved, feel safe and adored. His pawrents need to be around most of the time as he needs them to feel safe. He is a super smart boy who wants to learn and will need someone who has the time to teach him. This is a very special boy who deserves a very special home.
