Betty is a 2-year old Border Terrier cross Pug who is being fostered in Worcester. She is a delightful little girl who loves her humans and craves attention. Although she has not had the greatest start in life, she is turning into a wonderful family pet with an evolving personality.

Betty is wary at first but will take treats from adults and children. She’s fine being handled all over. Betty walks very confidently on the lead and harness. She needs a family as she’s still quite young. She’s starting to pay attention to soft toys and balls so children to play with her would be good. Not sure she needs another dog but that would also help her to develop what is a very endearing personality. She should be ready for a new home once she recovers from her op I would say. Definitely a fun dog. it on her terms rather than being chased and pursued. Betty is sociable with all dogs though wary about excitable ones. Betty lives happily with cats.

Betty can be left for reasonable periods as long as she is with another dog. Betty gets very excited when her foster mum returns and does play dance which is also great to see. She prefers to sleep on the sofa and has a loud snore! She loves her food (tails.com) but is fussy about treats.

Please remember, if you have a dog and it is not neutered, it is against our policies to re-home a dog with you.

Betty is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in Worcester.
