Eira is 5 years old and is a beautiful Bichon. She is described by her foster mum as very timid as she was attacked by a dog before being liberated. She is shy but if allowed to approach on her own terms will allow a fuss & if relaxed will allow a belly rub
She met a neighbour’s 5 & 9 year old dog savvy children and was initially nervous but after a few visits she will now climb onto their laps for fuss
She hasn’t been cat tested
Eira enjoys her food & is getting the hang of treats. She had a couple of accidents when she initially came into foster but will now follow the others outside after meals to toilet. If you remind her often then she will go outside.
She enjoys her bed and is getting more adventurous by climbing on the sofa. She has not been for a walk yet as not fully vaccinated so time will need to be taken with lead training
She has been in the garden and will sometimes run from her shadow but mostly she enjoys exploring and will chase after the others if they start to play.
Eira needs the company of another dog and would like her new pawrents to be around most of the time so she can share their love. Her pawrents need to be patient and very loving as she has started to love the attention and fuss and she would like this to continue. She will also like to go for walks when she has settled with her new fur brother or sister.
