Meet Bella, a gorgeous 5-year-old Beagle with soulful eyes and the sweetest nature. This lovely girl is ready for a fresh start with a family who will help her become the happy, healthy dog she’s meant to be.
💛 About Bella
Bella is currently a little overweight and is doing brilliantly on her diet and exercise plan. She’s enjoying two walks a day, walks beautifully on the lead, and loves meeting doggy friends out and about. As she gets fitter and her weight comes down, her fun, active 5-year-old personality will really shine.
She adores her food (a little too much!) so she is on a strict diet plan – no treats, no grazing. Her new family must be fully committed to continuing her food plan and building up her exercise gradually to keep her healthy long-term.
🎾 She’ll happily chase a ball when you throw it.
🐶 She can live as an only dog soaking up all the love, or equally alongside other dogs.
🐱 She’s curious about cats but shows no desire to chase – slow introductions would be essential.

Bella currently sleeps upstairs with her foster mum and snoozes soundly all night. She is house trained but may have the occasional accident if not let out regularly.
When visitors arrive, Bella feels it’s her duty to give a little bark to “protect” her humans, but if calmly ignored she settles quickly.
Bella isn’t looking to be a permanent lap dog – once her weight is under control, she’ll be ready to enjoy a more active lifestyle. She needs a home dedicated to maintaining her routine of twice-daily walks and careful feeding, so she can truly thrive.
