Tilly is an 8-month old Jack Russell Terrier, who is being fostered in RCT, South Wales. She has a beautiful loving nature and she loves to cuddle.

People – Tilly loves all people and will even go back to folk she doesn’t think have fussed her enough. Because of her past life she loves attention and will jump up when excited which may cause problems around smaller children. She really is a sweetheart and is at her happiest sitting with her human.

Dogs – Tilly lives with dogs at the moment without any issues

Cats – Not tested

In the home – Tilly’s toilet training is a work in progress. She is doing very well but will not wait! Tilly is very food orientated which makes her easy to train but beware of low flying Tilly if there is food about. She loves to play with paper and will rip it into tiny pieces. She has bags of energy and loves zooming around the bungalow in laps tossing her toys in the air as she goes. Tilly is fascinated by any animals on TV and looks around the back to see where they have gone when they have gone off the screen!

Out and about – Tilly walks well on her lead. She does get excited when she sets off but soon calms down. Tilly tends to get car sick on long journeys

Type of home – We would recommend a busy household for Tilly with older children because of her jumping. She would be fine with another dog for company. Her new owners should have puppy training knowledge and understand that because of her poor start in life she is extra needy.

Tilly is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in Rhondda, South Wales
