Megan is a delightful little West Highland Terrier who is being fostered in Worcester. She is 4 years  old and loves watching dogs on TV. She always greets her foster mom excitedly when she returns. Megan loves having her tummy rubbed and will grunt contentedly like a little porker.

People – Megan is quite comfortable around adults and is relaxed enough to lie down next to them without prompting. She is fearful of children under 10.

Dogs –  Megan is happy around most dogs except large boisterous ones. Small boisterous are fine.

Cats –  Megan is not sure what cats are but the chase instinct seems to be there

In the home – Megan is happy to be left for short periods. She is initially fearful of loud noises around the home but soon gets used to them.

Out and about – Megan enjoys being out and is very confident on her lead. She needs recall training.

Type of home – Megan needs a quiet home with a family who has plenty of time for cuddles. She’s very “mommy” orientated so we think she doesn’t necessarily need to be rehomed with another dog.

Megan is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in Gloucester
