Luna is under socialised and is nervous at first, but she soon relaxes. This makes her a little vocal, typical Chihuahua behaviour. She is affectionate and sweet once she knows you.
People: She is nervous at first. But soon comes round. She is happy to be picked up touched and groomed once she knows you
Can live with children: Not tested
Can live with cats: Not tested but has not shown much interest in the chickens in her foster home.
Can live with other dogs: Luna is happy to be amongst the dogs in her foster home, although nervous at first.
In the home: Luna is house trained and sleeps well through the night downstairs with other dogs. She has not been destructive yet but shown no interest in toys. Luna could be left for up to four hours a day.
Out and about: She was very vocal on our first walk. But with correction she is already a lot quieter. She travels well in the car.
Type of home: Luna would like the company of other dogs and an owner that understands nervous dogs and the way they can react. She likes attention and would benefit from a home where her humans are around most of the day.
Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Berkshire to meet her.
