Jennie is a 3-year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel who is being fostered in Stourbridge, West Midlands. She is just the most friendly dog in the world. She wants to go straight up to everyone she meets for a mega fuss (whether they want it or not!).

People: Jennie loves people and enjoys a fuss from everyone. As she is quite exuberant, she will only be rehomed where any children are aged 7 years and over.

Dogs: In her foster home she is fine with the other two foster dogs, although she can be a little possessive of foster mum and warn the others off on occasions. Outside the home she always wants to greet dogs but this has been kept to a minimum as she’s only just had her second vaccination.

Cats: Not tested with cats but will bark at any that come near her garden.

In the home: Jennie is quite happy to be left for about 3 hours as long as she is with another dog. Paper and tissues need to be out of reach as she has been known to chew them. She takes no notice of any household appliances and is housetrained in her foster home.

Type of home: A home with several people around to give her lots of fuss would be best for her. We feel that Jennie may become a bit possessive if she only lives with one person as she bonds very strongly to people. She is an active girl who adores attention. She loves laps and sharing a bed where possible.

Jennie is fully vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worming treatments. Jennie cannot be spayed before the middle of January as she has only recently come out of season. If she was to be rehomed before that time it is a condition of adoption that she will be neutered (a discount voucher may be provided) and follow up checks will be done. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to her foster home to meet her in the West Midlands.
